The WIN! The Sink. Bagels & More

The Project

At charity: water, the top-down mentality is “We design everything.” And they mean everything. That’s how the requests from the People and Culture team came to be. Each week, the charity: water PNC team has a handful of weekly recurring meetings and newsletter updates (Monday is Bagels and The Sink, Friday is The WIN!) as well as staff events that required a look-and-feel that felt fun and approachable for presentation slides, emails, and miscellaneous other graphics.

Branding

Because the PNC branding series was all internal facing, the possibilities were endless of what they could look like, and the teams requests were simply to make it fun, approachable and festive. Each of the recurring series (Bagels, The Sink, and The WIN!) served different purposes for the internal team and I wanted to make sure that they felt unique and fit with their specific content, but also that they worked together within a wider People and Culture brand umbrella. In order to do this, each got their own unique mark but utilized the same color palette, typography and graphic elements to create cohesion between the series,

Staff Events

charity: water is known for having a tight nit community amongst it’s staff, so it’s no surprise that staff outings and events are well thought-out and designed moments. I was responsible for designing 2019 Friendsgiving assets, as well as one Summer Outing flyer.
